It is really difficult to put into words how passionate we are about what we do at Childwall Valley Neighbourhood Day Nursery in Liverpool.

We believe and our parents are always telling us, that we constantly deliver beyond expectations.

It probably helps that,

• We are owned and run by 2 generations of family with over 30 years’ experience
• Our senior staff are long serving and feel like part of the family
• Our staff are developed and encouraged to reach their full potential
• Together we take pride in the service we deliver, the environment we provide and the care we offer.

Of course our facilities and play activities are well structured and planned out, but what makes us really different is how we care for Your children.

Both our children have been to Childwall Valley Liverpool Day Nursery since they were 9 months old. The staff are all excellent, and treat each child as a special individual. The level of care is outstanding and all the staff take a real interest in the children, their interests and what they may do outside of nursery. The activities that the children get involved in keep them interested all day and extra art has the children recounting their day at home. The food has always been of a very high and varied quality and they will accommodate variations in diet and fussy eaters. All in all we have been very pleased over the last 6 years with the nursery.

My two boys have attended Childwall Valley Nursery and have loved it. As an extremely anxious and probably over dramatic mum! I can say that my boys have felt safe, loved and have learnt so much. My baby had bad reflux and milk intolerance and the nursery couldn’t have done more to support him. I would phone up to check on him and they would make me feel welcomed and were also truthful. The staff are lovely and kind to the children and also set high expectations for development and behaviour. Thank you very much for everything.

Our little boy started at the nursery in October 2010 he was 9 months old. After a tentative start, as with most children he settled in with the help and guidance of the excellent and very patient staff. The daily feedback from the staff members is very helpful and shows the children are being well looked after. The nursery ethos of sharing toys, games etc and tidying up at the end of play is a great learning curve for all the children. There is a good variety of healthy food on the weekly menu which he enjoys a lot!!! We couldn’t wish for anymore and I know when our little boy goes to nursery we couldn’t leave him in better hands. I would certainly recommend the nursery.

Our daughter is very happy at the Childwall Valley Day Nursery. She enjoys her time there and has shown great development and skills since attending. We would recommend this nursery for it’s fantastic staff who continuously show huge commitment and dedication to all the children.

Jake was very upset when he first started nursery, the staff were fantastic and really supportive as it was a difficult time for Jake. He has had a fantastic couple of years there and he will miss all the staff when he goes to infants in September.
